we are a hands on, self performing construction firm. this means our inter-job travel time needs to be concise.
unfortunately we haven't found an efficient way to service the satellite cities yet.

we start simply with design documents. during the drafting period we will begin to develop a sense of timing and requirements. this leads into estimation and budgeting and then finally, once we have a good idea of cost, scope and factors we have the makings to enter the build contract.
