first let's prequalify your location. our service area includes central phoenix, paradise valley, arcadia, old town scottsdale and even the asu tempe area.
we are a hands on, self performing construction firm. this means our inter-job travel time needs to be concise.
unfortunately we haven't found an efficient way to service the satellite cities yet.

let's schedule a visit to your home or business, discuss your project and get a sense for one another.
is the project a good for our strengths? do we share similar expectations? have you set financial parameters for the scope?
it's good to casually review these and other important topics to be sure we are aligned.
discovery
we like to get some creative ideas underway quickly to give the project lift. during this creative discovery period we are getting a sense for what works and what doesn't. are we connecting early on the design objects and have we engaged your imagination for the project?
if yes, then it's time to proceed to the next step

by now we've met, reviewed your ideas, shared some of our own and are ready to conduct business.

we start simply with design documents. during the drafting period we will begin to develop a sense of timing and requirements. this leads into estimation and budgeting and then finally, once we have a good idea of cost, scope and factors we have the makings to enter the build contract.
